Spend a weekend in the High Peaks of the Adirondack mountains. We’ll spend two nights in one of the ADK “camps” a few miles from the trail head and on Saturday day hike up one of the surrounding High Peaks.

An amazing 10 day journey through northern Greece. Hike the majestic and mystical Mt Olympus and then start out on a village to village trek through the Zagori region in the Pindus Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lodging will be a combination of mountain huts and small village inns. Added bonus of great food along the way!

We can’t stay away from this incredible landscape! We will return to the hut to hut “O” Circuit in the Torres del Paine National Park, Chile.
Torrent Ducks
Why Torrent Ducks? It was our trail name on a fantastic hike. These ducks, found in the Andes, feed by diving in churning water and pools and are somehow able to swim up-current with no apparent exertion.
